In this 3D reality, physical reality, material and tangible reality, February marks the end of the death phase of life. Getting ready for the transition to being reborn in the Spring season. It’s a time for integration and absorption of knowledge, life lessons and experiences.

Feminine Cycle Phase: End of Menstrual Phase (Bleed)

The Bleed is almost over. The body is in need of highly nutritious foods: minerals, vitamins, healthy fats and proteins. Your estrogen level should start rising slowly soon, moving onto the follicular phase.

Your intuition is still very heightened and you slowly start feeling more energized.

Lunar Phase: New Moon (Ending) | Waxing crescent

The Waxing Crescent moon phase may seem like a time of hostility and resistance to growth.

It is a time when it is normal to feel that you are going through more difficult times. However, this does not necessarily mean that we should suffer.
